Should I asseble the products myself?
The desk will be delivered unassembled. The chair is assembled but before use, you only need to remove the bleu protection caps on the castors. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this.
If there is a reason why we cant bring your products in f.e. because of COVID. Please inform us on time, Our driver will deliver outside and assembly needs to be handled by yourself.
I request to change my order. How do I do that?
You can change the products and or delivery address of your order within 3 days after order date. Please inform us through our contactform.
What is the expected delivery time of my order?
Delivery times can differ per product and several reasons influence this. We use up to 15 workingdays after orderdate. Few days before delivery we inform you per e-mail about the planned date.
How can I change my delivery date?

My chair and desk are delivered but damaged. How can I get this fixed?
If you experience that your delivery is damaged during transport, inform us the same day as delivery has taken place. Make sure the driver makes a notification on the proof of delivery. Has the driver already left, inform us the same day through this contactform.
My chair or desk is defect. How can I get this fixed?

Which personal data do you share with us?
All data is necessary to handle your order correct. so name, address, e-mail and phonenumber are used to deliver your order correct. Your data will be saved for as long as our law states and also during the warranty period.
