Your privacy is very important to Reacon. We therefore adhere to the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we use it correctly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the webshop www.Reacon.nl with information that we learn about you.

Handling order

If you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your payment details, date of birth, name and address details, gender, nickname, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information until your order has been completed and seven years after that (which is the legal obligation to retain).

Statistics and profiling

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. We use these statistics to improve our web store, for example to show only relevant information. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always report this to us. You can buy products in our webshop www.Reacon.nl where we use your personal data to process and register the purchase. For this we use your IP address, e-mail address, billing address, name and address details, telephone number, gender, date of birth, nickname and payment details. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information until your order has been completed and seven years after that, with which we adhere to the legal retention obligation.

Contact form and Newsletter

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your date of birth, billing address, e-mail address, IP address, nickname, telephone number, payment details, name and address details and gender. We do this on the basis of your permission. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. We may also use this information for training purposes and to improve our customer service.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also pass this on via your account. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.

Your account

Certain parts of our web store require you to register first. You will then need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use this to create an account, which you can log in to with that username and a password of your choice.

For this we use your nickname, name and address details, telephone number, profile picture, e-mail address, IP address, date of birth, billing address, payment details and gender. We do this on the basis of your permission. We will keep this information until you cancel the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary at the webshop. You can change information at any time through your account.

Commercial break

We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this by e-mail and or via social media.

You can object to this advertising at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. You can also report this via your account.

Location data

Sometimes it is necessary for our webshop www.Reacon.nl to find out where you are. We then ask separately whether we may know this and only if you give permission, we will receive this information.

For this service we use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer. We have no control over what the creators of this software (such as Google Maps) do with it. So always read their privacy statements.

Provision to other companies or institutions

With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will under no circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this in the event of a suspicion of a crime).

Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.
